Valletta Glass was established in 1979 in Malta by Mr. Paul Said as a family-run business, and remains so to this day. Over the years, our brand has become a symbol of artistic excellence, quality, and craftsmanship, both locally and internationally. Mr. Said continues to play an active role in managing the company and overseeing the creation of exceptional works of art. His passion for the simplicity of design and the Venetian Murano Glass movement has been a driving force behind the company’s success.

Our mission is to preserve the ancient craft of glassblowing in Malta, while promoting the rich tradition of Maltese craftsmanship across the globe. We are deeply proud of our close relationship with our talented artisans, who are essential in keeping this timeless art form alive.

Based in the Ta’ Qali Crafts Village, our operations include a workshop and four retail shops. Each year, we welcome thousands of visitors who have the opportunity to experience live glassblowing demonstrations, free of charge, where we create bespoke glassware to the highest standards.

Our visitors are mesmerized by our artisans’ ability to capture the aesthetic qualities of glass— its transparency, translucence, fluidity, texture, and strength—while showcasing its architectural potential.
