By entering this raffle, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Prize Inclusions
The winner of the raffle will receive the following complimentary package for two (2) adults (18 plus):
A 7-night stay at Siyam World Maldives, inclusive of WOW! 24-hour Premium All-Inclusive Plan.
– Return Seaplane Transfers for two (2) persons from Velana International Airport (Malé) to Siyam World Maldives.
2. Prize Conditions
- The complimentary stay is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other monetary value.
- The prize is subject to availability and blackout periods apply, including January, February, April, October, and the Festive Season (typically mid-December to early January). During these times, the complimentary stay cannot be redeemed.
- The winner must confirm travel dates in advance with the resort and provide final international flight details to arrange return transfers accordingly.
3. Exclusions & Additional Charges
The following costs are not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the guest:
- Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night, applicable to adults and children (infants aged 0 to 1.99 years are exempt).
- Any additional expenses incurred outside the scope of the WOW! All-Inclusive package will be charged to the guest’s account. This includes but is not limited to:
- Spa treatments
- Excursions and special activities
- Premium dining experiences not included in the all-inclusive plan
- Minibar items not included in the plan
- International Airfare is not provided as part of this prize. Winners are responsible for arranging their own international travel to and from the Maldives.
4. General Terms
- The resort reserves the right to verify the identity of the raffle winner and request proof of eligibility.
- This prize is intended for leisure travel only and may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes.
- Siyam World Maldives reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Siyam World Maldives will be final and binding.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the general policies of Siyam World Maldives.
