Terms and Conditions – The Vlogfest Malta Competition
- General
1.1. The Vlogfest Malta Competition (the “Competition”) is organised by The Vlogfest (Eurasian Perspectives UK Ltd) in collaboration with Visit Malta and the Riviera Spa Resort, Malta.
1.2. The purpose of the Competition is to engage local content creators and recent travellers to Malta in promoting The Vlogfest, Malta, and the partnered hotel.
1.3. By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. - Competition Format
2.1. Participants must create a short Instagram reel showcasing Malta and explicitly mention that they are taking part in The Vlogfest Competition.
2.2. Each participant must tag @TheVlogfest, @VisitMalta, and the partnered hotel in their reel.
2.3. The reel must be posted as a collaborative reel with The Vlogfest Instagram account to be eligible for tracking engagement.
2.4. The winner will be determined based on the highest number of saves on their collaborative reel. - Prize
3.1. The winner will receive a 3-night stay at the partnered hotel on a bed and breakfast basis during The Vlogfest week (7th – 14th May 2025). Based on two adults sharing one room, double or twin, subject to availability.
3.2. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
3.3. Flights, transfers, and any additional costs incurred during the stay are not included in the prize.
3.4. Additional perks such as a dinner voucher, spa treatment, or other hotel experiences are not included in this Competition. - Competition Timeline
4.1. The Competition will be officially announced, with promotional posts and direct outreach to content creators.
4.2. Participants must upload their reels between the 18th and 19th of March 2025.
4.3. The engagement tracking period will run until the 26th of March 2025 at 16:00 CET.
4.4. The winner will be announced on the 26th of March 2025 at 18:00 CET via The Vlogfest Instagram account. - Additional Terms
5.1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate.
5.2. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
5.3. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of the announcement, or an alternate winner may be selected.
5.4. By entering, participants grant the Organiser and its partners the right to use submitted content for promotional purposes.
5.5. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
